Our authority grants us the privilege of issuing official Provincial Offence Notices / Parking Penalty Notices, commonly known as parking tickets under the authority of the city of Ottawa and Province of Ontario for following infractions:

Unauthorized Parking on Private Property, (e.g., failing register or pay for parking, parking exceeding time limits, park-and-ride / walk-offs, loading zones, double parking or any other regulations.)

Matters Check (CRJMC)

Obtain your Level 2, Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) through Praetorian Garde Inc. within hours.
A CRJMC is a mandatory, high-level background check required for obtaining or renewing a Ontario Security Guard License, confirming eligibility under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005. It covers criminal convictions, findings of guilt, absolute/conditional discharges, outstanding charges, judicial orders and arrest warrants. The check is valid for six (6) months.

Return Policy: No refunds will be provided unless the Ministry of the Solicitor General rejects your CRJMC. You must provide a proof of rejection for potential refunds. Important Notice: To ensure timely processing of a CRJMC, it is the users responsibility to carefully read and follow all provided instructions regarding acceptable identification and document requirements. The system may conduct a soft credit check to verify a users identity. If the user fails to answer the identity questions correctly, their CRJMC will be rejected and the user will be required to purchase a new CRJMC. Furthermore, any submission that requires Praetorian Garde assistance to reprocess an application due to user error, by user failure to follow instructions, may incur an additional administrative fee of $35.00 (plus applicable taxes). Regular CRJMC's will be processed during regular business hours; Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Should a user require a expedited CRJMC, outside of regular business hours, an additional administrative fee of $35.00 (plus applicable taxes).

Phase 2: the formal interview. Averaging about 1.5 to 2 hours at which point a board meeting is conducted to determine if the subject is suitable to be employed. If successful;

Probationary employment: 720 worked hours. Continuous education and training during and following probation until the end of employment.

- Mobile Patroller / Private Property Parking Enforcement Officer. Location: Ottawa, Ontario. Praetorian Garde Protection Services is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Mobile Patroller / Private Property Parking Enforcement Officer. The role offers a minimum wage during training and probation, with full retroactive back pay provided at the pre-employement negotiated rate thereafter. Weekly hours range from 30 to 44, with flexibility to accommodate availability. Opportunities for advancement are available. Applicants must possess a valid security guard licence or be eligible to pass a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC), as well as hold a clean Ontario "G" class driver's licence or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience in the security industry is required; relevant life experience will also be considered. Holding a Police Foundations diploma or other post secondary education or being a current student is regarded as an asset, as is holding or having held status, in good standing, of deputizated Private Property Parking Enforcement Officer with the city of Ottawa By-law and Regulatory Services.
